Orson is a senior advisor at DMG Events. He was most recently Vice President the  of energy division at DMG heading up the London office and a portfolio of market leading oil and gas shows including Gastech, the world’s largest gas and LNG event attracting over 600 exhibitors and 25,00 visitors.

He has over ten years’ experience in the conference and exhibition industry and started his career in events at Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc.  There he built and led several global teams and established some of the world’s leading financial events in sectors such as energy finance, aviation finance, insurance and capital markets. Most recently Orson has been leading Euromoney’s energy events division, where he ran globally established brands such as Coaltrans commodity exhibitions and conferences and successfully spearheaded the launch of others such as OGF Global, serving the offshore oil and gas community and the LNG Trading Network. Orson holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts MICE Advisory Board, a Governor of St. Mary Magdalene Academy Islington and a member of the independent monitoring board of Wormwood Scrubs prison.
