Large scale events (LSEs) have potential to become iconic brands that shape their respective industries, become must-attend global gatherings for professional and general audiences. But their appeal to multiple audiences can be difficult to market in comparison to niche events. What are the best branding strategies to apply to LSEs? What are the challenges of standing out in a crowded market?

Large scale events take project management, logistics coordination and resource administration to a new level. What are the key roles on a LSE team and what are the skills team members must develop to put together a successful project? What are the risks involved in running LSE from financial, data and security perspectives? How is technology influencing risk management in such context? How is the technology influencing the way LSE events are promoted? Will technological advancements result in more large scale events take place all  over the world?

We invite a panel of industry experts to discuss these and various other aspects of running large scale events. Join the discussion!
