What does the Alumni Weekend consist of and what is included in the price?

Friday, March 31st: IE Alumni Weekend Welcome Cocktail

Saturday, April 1st: IE Alumni Weekend Conferences (including breakfast, lunch, coffee break, and evening cocktail reception) 

Sunday, April 2nd: IE Investors & Entrepreneurs Forum (by application only) and Design Your Life Workshop (limited to 20 participants)

*Dietary restrictions: There will be vegetarian options.


What is the ticket price and  what are the payment methods?

EarlyBird price is 123€ (188 SGD) available until March 15thFrom March 16th the price will be 155€ (235 SGD)

Tickets for Current Students are 99€ (150 SGD) just for IE students currently enrolled in a program. 

We accept all payments by credit card and / or debit card on our website.


Is there a registration deadline?

Tickets will be available for sale until Monday, March 27th.  However, tickets bought before March 16th will be at reduced price, so we encourage you to purchase your tickets early.


Are tickets refundable?

Yes, you can get a 100% refund before March 15th.  After that date, we regret that we can not issue any refunds.


May I bring a partner or direct family member to the whole event?

Yes and we offer a special 20% discount on the Early Bird Price and the Full Price if you purchase two tickets.


Is there a dress code for the weekend?

Yes, business casual is preferred. 


Does IE cover insurance?  

The organizers do not accept liability for medical, travel or personal insurance and you are strongly advised to take out your own personal insurance.


What are the addresses for the event venues?


Does IE offer accommodation and travel arrangements?

Each participant is responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Set in the Arts & Heritage distrcit of Bras Basah/Bugis, this contemporary hotel is less than 2km from all IE Alumni Weekend activities.  For those staying, there will be a free shuttle to/from the Arts House on Saturday.

What are the transportation options to and from the airport?

  •  The airport shuttle bus provides drop-offs to most downtown hotels. The bus departs every 15 minutes during peak hours and up to 30 minutes during non-peak hours. Tickets cost $9 per adult and $6 per child below 12 years of age. The journey to the city centre will take approximately 25 minutes under normal traffic conditions.   • Taxi: Leaving Changi- Taxis are available at the taxi stands at the Arrival levels of each Terminal.  A ride to the city takes about 30 minutes and costs between $20 and $40 depending on taxi type and time of day.  Fares are metered and there is an additional Airport surcharge for all trips originating from the Airport.  Getting to Changi- Hail a taxi on the street or make a booking through your hotel.  We recommend one of the following taxi operators: Comfort or Citycab (+65 6552 1111) or SMRT Taxi (+65 6555 8888).

  • Alternative app-based transportation:  Apps like GrabTaxi and Uber are widely used in Singapore.
