Create different delegate types. An event may accommodate different delegate types. There may be participants, exhibitors, speakers, VIP guests, etc. The creation of different delegate types allows registrants in the 1-2-1 meeting scheduler to know whom they can network with.
Create profiling questionnaires. This is an invaluable tool to further strengthen the delegates and create a more targeted networking solution. Depending on the nature of your event, you can create different questions to profile your attendees. Your attendees may set filters based on those questions when doing a user search.
Manually create meetings for your attendees. If you have a role to play as a matchmaker for your attendees, you can manually arrange meetings according to how you see fit. This is ideal for busy attendees who may not have the time to really delve into the 1-2-1 meeting scheduler.
Create restrictions. To further support a specific environment for arranged meetings, you may also create restrictions which can help your attendees narrow down their choices. For example, you may restrict a certain delegate type from arranging meetings with another specific delegate type. You may also restrict certain days for some users to accommodate more meetings from other attendees.
