To achieve this, a vital aspect to maintain is fluid and direct communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have addressed this topic through &#8220;Communication without limits,&#8221; the fifth session of our instructional series &#8220;Did you know?&#8221; where we review lesser-known features and products of Eventscase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our platform has many communication channels but in this session we wanted to highlight all forms of automatic and email messaging that will allow event organisers to be in constant contact with their attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No longer need to monitor <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the advantages of automatic emails is that once they are configured, and activated, event organisers no longer need to monitor their delivery as they are sent as soon as \u201ctriggers\u201d are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These automated emails are part of the \u201cpre-event\u201d stage because they can be set up before the event takes place and even before a list of attendees is defined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuing the \u201cattendee journey,\u201d the platform can also help during the \u201devent\u201d phase. Event organisers can use Eventscase to communicate with attendees in a spontaneous manner.
