The second edition of the AEVEA Awards 2025 <\/a>took place on February 19th at the Gran Teatro CaixaBank Pr\u00edncipe P\u00edo in Madrid, awarding the best of the events industry in Spain. This gala, inspired by the Movida Madrile\u00f1a<\/em> of the 1980s, honored innovative projects and outstanding professionals in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Best Project of the Year award went to the America’s Cup and Emirates Team New Zealand, led by agencies Experientia, Burson and Teammate. This recognition highlights the importance of creativity and flawless execution in high-profile sporting events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric Mottard, CEO of the Eventoplus Group, received the Honorary Award for his contribution to the industry. According to Mariano Rodr\u00edguez, president of AEVEA, who presented the award, Mottard was recognized “for his energy, his vision, and for teaching us that events are not just meetings but experiences that transform people.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
