Event Tech Live 2025 took place on 12\u201313 November at ExCeL London, once again standing as Europe\u2019s leading event technology trade show. Eventscase was present with its own stand, reinforcing our role within both the European and international event tech ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Across our social media channels, we shared some of the most memorable moments: technology designed to listen more closely to organisers and attendees, real-time data collection, and tools that help planners make evidence-based decisions rather than relying on intuition alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beyond the technological showcase, these two days in London helped us validate several trends we\u2019ve been observing for months:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EMA 10th Anniversary Party: celebrating the event manager<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
From London we headed\u2014metaphorically\u2014to Madrid. On 6 November, the Event Managers Association Spain (EMA) celebrated its 10th anniversary with its well-known Unexpected Party<\/em>, bringing together more than 300 corporate event managers, sponsors, partners and industry professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There were no presentations or formal speeches. Instead, the purpose was to celebrate the community, highlight the strategic value of the event manager within organisations and create a relaxed, genuine networking space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eventscase had the privilege of collaborating as the technology partner alongside our colleagues at Padcelona, contributing to a carefully crafted experience where the attendee was truly at the centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For us, EMA\u2019s anniversary symbolises something meaningful:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AEVEA Anniversary Celebration: agency community and long-term partnership<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Another key moment this month was AEVEA\u2019s anniversary celebration. While the event has its own narrative and atmosphere, for Eventscase it represents continuity above all: years of collaboration as the association\u2019s technology partner and ongoing support across training labs, sector meetups and gala events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This anniversary celebration allowed us to reconnect with many of the agencies we work alongside\u2014sharing projects, discussing the future of the industry and, of course, enjoying a well-deserved celebratory moment together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For us, attending isn\u2019t simply \u201csponsoring an event\u201d; it is standing with AEVEA in their mission to highlight the strategic value of agencies in brand communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside the month\u2019s events, November also marked the launch of our new whitepaper:
