Eventscase Monthly News Round-Up April 2023

en monthly apr 23 - Eventscase Monthly News Round-Up April 2023

With the passing of the first quarter and with summer just around the corner, Eventscase’s engines are fired up and we are about to take off!

The work we do with industry associations is always rewarded with tangible results, especially in events where we collaborate with them directly. This April we helped bring three events to life.

EVENTS WITH ASSOCIATIONS

EMA, the Spanish association of corporate event managers, held its training offer on “protocol”. On the 20th and 27th of April, in Madrid and Barcelona respectively, the association organised two training days under the title ‘Protocol and Events,’ with the collaboration of the International School of Protocol. Eventscase provided a global registration and check-in solution to make access to the event smooth and agile.

The association of Spanish event agencies, AEVEA, held an AEVEALab on April 19th where it presented a new methodology for measuring the return on experience (ROX), AEVEARox. The said methodology standardises the measurement of events through a multitude of parameters and was developed by the association itself and MKTG Spain

We provided the registration tool and our Digital Venue served as a virtual stage for those who could not attend physically.

OUR EVENTS

At Eventscase we lead by example. We understand that technology plays an important role in events regardless of the format. After a season of organising purely digital events, we have decided to come back to face-to-face events as well. It’s about time!

We want to meet with you—our clients, potential clients, friends and colleagues—in person to actively listen to you and offer solutions to everyday challenges

We have been announcing through our social networks that we have opened registrations for the first ‘Eventscase Innovation Meeting’ taking place on June 15th at Espacio Unonueve in Madrid from 9:30 to 13:30.

What will we talk about? We have planned a day where we will explore current trends and issues in the events industry through a roundtable discussion with our partner associations. We will look at the specific use of event technology by some of our clients... We want to let an open conversation flow where they can tell us the advantages of using Eventscase and where there is room for improvement.

Afterwards, our CTO, Iván García, will present informational content for non-tech people about low-code or no-code tools. To end the session, we will talk about integrations between different solutions.

Just today we also launched the “Save the Date” for our first ‘Business Breakfast’ in London after the pandemic. It’s not the first time we’ve used this format. It was our preferred networking model in the British capital before 2020. For our event in June, we have decided to move it to an external venue to bring a very small group of event professionals together.

For this first ‘Business Breakfast’ we have chosen the Elton Suite at Here Spaces & Events in the heart of London’s Soho, an amazing venue that fits our event like a glove. It will be held on the 29th of June and we will be opening registration shortly. Places are very limited, so keep an eye on our social networks.

We can’t finish this review of our own events without mentioning “Did you know?”: a series of on-demand content sessions where we discover lesser-known features of our software. This month we have focused on the monetisation possibilities offered by our platform for event sponsorships. The content is now available – you may access it by registering below:

This brings us to the end of our newsletter. We’ll be back next month with more announcements!
