Whitepaper: Promote Your Event Effectively (and Purposefully)

In June, we launched a new resource for event marketers and organisers: The Complete Guide to Promoting Your Event: Strategies, Content and Conversion.

This whitepaper not only compiles proven promotional tactics but organises them by funnel stage and attendee lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on content as a driver of conversion.

What will you find in this guide?

It’s a practical, action-oriented guide we’re already using in our own campaigns—applicable to corporate, institutional, and branded events alike.

Did You Know? It All Starts with the Attendee Experience

In the latest edition of our on-demand series Did You Know?, we explore recent platform enhancements designed to create smoother, more personalised experiences from the very first interaction.

More Controlled Registration

Display or hide attendee categories (staff, press, VIP, etc.) and predefine them using customised links.

Advanced Guest Management

Decide whether guests need to pay, how many guests each person can bring, whether email addresses are required—and keep everything synced with lists and badges.

Stress-Free Check-In

The check-in app works offline, prevents duplicates, and generates real-time statistics.

This session highlights how small changes can significantly improve both the attendee experience and the organiser’s operations.

Networking with Purpose: EMA Summer Party

On 26th June, we attended the EMA (Event Managers Association Spain) Summer Party in Madrid. This staple event in the MICE calendar brought together dozens of professionals in a relaxed yet strategic setting.

We shared ideas, experiences, and plenty of smiles with clients, collaborators, and leading brands. A great reminder that some of the strongest connections are formed in informal settings.

Thank you to EMA for championing spaces that prioritise human connection in the industry.

EMA Webinar: Artificial Intelligence in Event Management

We also joined EMA for the webinar Artificial Intelligence in Event Management: Let AI Handle the Chaos, So You Can Create the Magic.

This session focused on how AI can streamline planning and execution, giving organisers more time for creativity and strategic thinking.

Case studies and tools were discussed that are already transforming the MICE industry, and the conversation underscored the need for ethical, thoughtful AI integration. This collaboration reinforces our shared commitment to innovation and professional growth.

MICE Hub: Rethinking the Role of the Event Organiser in the Age of AI

On 17th June, our co-founder and CTO, Iván García, took part in a compelling panel discussion titled The Organiser: Intelligent, Not Artificial—held at MICE Hub, an initiative from Forum Business Travel & Events and Newlink Spain, hosted at Impact Hub Madrid Gobernador.

Alongside Fátima Barbero (Forto) and Jordi Planas (Somos Experiences), Iván discussed the evolving role of event organisers as technology progresses. He emphasised the importance of adopting AI with purpose and context, recognising that implementation in the corporate event space can be gradual and complex.

At Eventscase, we’re proud to contribute to conversations that combine innovation with critical thinking to shape the future of business events.
