Eventscase Monthly News Round-Up November 2025

en Monthly nov 25 - Eventscase Monthly News Round-Up November 2025

November 2025 has been one of those months that truly reflects who Eventscase is today: a company driven by event technology, international presence, strong connections with professional associations and a commitment to producing high-value content. London, Madrid, Barcelona and the digital sphere have all been part of this journey.

Event Tech Live 2025: innovation and conversation in London

Event Tech Live 2025 took place on 12–13 November at ExCeL London, once again standing as Europe’s leading event technology trade show. Eventscase was present with its own stand, reinforcing our role within both the European and international event tech ecosystem.

Across our social media channels, we shared some of the most memorable moments: technology designed to listen more closely to organisers and attendees, real-time data collection, and tools that help planners make evidence-based decisions rather than relying on intuition alone.

Beyond the technological showcase, these two days in London helped us validate several trends we’ve been observing for months:

EMA 10th Anniversary Party: celebrating the event manager

From London we headed—metaphorically—to Madrid. On 6 November, the Event Managers Association Spain (EMA) celebrated its 10th anniversary with its well-known Unexpected Party, bringing together more than 300 corporate event managers, sponsors, partners and industry professionals.

There were no presentations or formal speeches. Instead, the purpose was to celebrate the community, highlight the strategic value of the event manager within organisations and create a relaxed, genuine networking space.

Eventscase had the privilege of collaborating as the technology partner alongside our colleagues at Padcelona, contributing to a carefully crafted experience where the attendee was truly at the centre.

For us, EMA’s anniversary symbolises something meaningful:

And many years of collaboration with Eventscase, providing technology for their training sessions, after-work meetups and sector gatherings.

AEVEA Anniversary Celebration: agency community and long-term partnership

Another key moment this month was AEVEA’s anniversary celebration. While the event has its own narrative and atmosphere, for Eventscase it represents continuity above all: years of collaboration as the association’s technology partner and ongoing support across training labs, sector meetups and gala events.

This anniversary celebration allowed us to reconnect with many of the agencies we work alongside—sharing projects, discussing the future of the industry and, of course, enjoying a well-deserved celebratory moment together.

For us, attending isn’t simply “sponsoring an event”; it is standing with AEVEA in their mission to highlight the strategic value of agencies in brand communication.

New micro-events whitepaper: strategy, segmentation and sustainability

Alongside the month’s events, November also marked the launch of our new whitepaper:
“Micro-events and segmentation strategies: an alternative to the macro-event.”

This document explores a powerful idea: instead of concentrating all efforts on a single annual event, many organisations are moving towards building micro-event programmes throughout the year—more segmented, more relevant and closer to each audience group.

The whitepaper covers topics such as:

The goal isn’t to replace macro-events, but to offer tools that combine them with smaller, ongoing actions that strengthen relationships with clients, employees and communities.

Presence at IBTM World 2025: Barcelona as a global meeting point

IBTM World 2025 took place in Barcelona from 18–20 November, welcoming more than 12,000 professionals and over 2,300 exhibitors. Eventscase participated in this major MICE showcase, sharing space with destinations, convention bureaux, hotel groups, agencies and industry associations.

For us, IBTM is an invaluable moment to:

Strengthen our footprint both in Spain and in international markets.

EMA Christmas Party: Madrid and Barcelona closing the year together

EMA closed the month with a simultaneous Christmas celebration held on 27 November in Madrid and Barcelona. These annual gatherings are already a tradition, bringing the community together to wrap up the year.

Our team joined both events, sharing a toast with EMA members and looking ahead to what promises to be a very special 2026. More details will be revealed soon.

What November 2025 leaves us

Looking at the month as a whole, several key insights emerge:

November has undoubtedly been intense, but also very aligned with the direction in which we want to keep growing: a company that unites technology, knowledge and community to help create events—large or small—with measurable, meaningful impact.
