As we move toward the close of a pivotal year, we are pleased to share the most significant updates happening at Eventscase and the event tech industry in general. Join us once again as we kick this car into gear and go through another monthly review.
Event Organisers Summit
We began the month in London at the Event Organisers Summit which is an event organised by Forum Events & Media Group. We started participating in these forums when they could only be held digitally, and we can attest to the level of care they muster for every edition. Now following an in-person format, the summit has become a fixed date on our events calendar.
AEVEA Lab: Artificial Intelligence and Experiential Marketing
Recently, we had the honour of participating in AEVEA Lab, where experts like Carlos Sentís and Víctor Sánchez Pradas took us through a thrilling journey. Artificial Intelligence is reshaping every facet of experiential marketing, from content generation to result measurement. Big Data, on the other hand, is instrumental in understanding the “Data Journey” in events. As a company, we will try to incorporate these insights into our future offerings.
CEW Forum in Madrid
The CEW by Mice & Forum Inside gathered over 120 national companies in Madrid on the 17th and 18th of October. It was our first time at this pure networking event, and it truly was a humbling opportunity to meet more protagonists of the events industry in Spain.
Event Tech Live in London: A Window to the Future
As you know, on the 15th and 16th of November, Event Tech Live will take place in London. ETL is the largest technology fair for events in Europe. Apart from the existence of our stand, we are also planning a “crossover” between the Spanish and British events industry.
Last year we collaborated with AEVEA to bring a group of agency representatives to ETL. This year, we will renew the same collaboration on November 16th and – furthermore – we are also bringing another group of corporate event managers who are members of EMA on the 15th of November. We are very proud to receive the support of these two major associations.
As we await the date, we invite you to visit our digital stand – an online representation of our offers and functionalities.
But it doesn’t end there! Alongside Ismael Vargas, Senior Growth Analyst of Startup Valencia, our CEO, Jose Bort, will host a session on the 16th about integrations between different technology platforms. At 2 PM, make your way to the Tech Talks Theatre for this session: “Integrate or Die: Why have one tool when you can have them all?”
