Table of Contents

As we reach the end of an intense 2023, we present our Monthly Roundup centred on the current happenings at Eventscase. We cannot overlook all the novelties of this month which, as you’ll see in the content below, have been many and varied. Launches, events, collaborations – there are endless opportunities to continue being an active part in the event industry!

Launch of the AI Assistant

We’ve talked about it time and again. At Eventscase, we have launched an AI to answer your attendees’ questions – a ChatGPT just for events that allows for personalised discovery related to sessions, speakers, or sponsors. It also supports intelligent networking by recommending relevant profiles and it also provides essential information about the event at hand, whether it’s about the event itself or what happens around it.

This innovative system responds and adapts to the participants’ needs, marking a milestone in event technology. We are the first all-in-one event management software to launch this development to the market.

IBTM: Expanding Horizons in the MICE Industry

November has been a month of heightened activity for Eventscase. One of them culminated with our presence at IBTM, the global MICE industry fair in Barcelona. As part of the Visit Valencia stand, Eventscase participated in intense networking through multiple meetings and appointments. Activities such as these are key to expanding our contacts and reach in the industry.

Business Breakfast: Enriching Encounters in Madrid and London

In November, we also organised a Business Breakfast at the Only You Boutique Hotel in Madrid. It was a unique opportunity to provide a space for debate on AI, no-code automations, and other relevant topics. We are especially excited to convene our clients and potential clients, always achieving full capacity each time. Thanks to all those who attended and to those who wanted to attend but couldn’t.

In London, we waited until this week to celebrate the same Business Breakfast. After the success of the first one in June, we have decided to do a 2nd edition at the British capital. This time we changed the venue to 34 Bloomsbury. Our London office, led by Jon Tupper, brought together event organisers from different sectors to share their concerns and interests with us.

Event Tech Live: Strengthening Collaborations with AEVEA and EMA

In the context of Event Tech Live, we carried out a tech-trip for EMA and AEVEA, strengthening ties between the Spanish and British markets. This event highlighted the importance of associations and collaboration in the sector, featuring a large group of corporate event managers and event agencies whom we brought to the event.

Formative Impact at Event Tech Live

In addition, Eventscase had a prominent presence in the formative agenda of Event Tech Live. The session “Integrate or die: Why have one tool when you can have them all?” showcased the successful integration of Eventscase technology at the Valencia Digital Summit, underscoring how technology can optimise event management.

The fair also celebrated its 10th year in 2023. Our operations at Eventscase almost run in parallel to this milestone as we founded the company in London a year before ETL started. We are proud to be part of the Event Tech Live family, and we wish for its continued success.

Celebration of EMA and AEVEA Christmas Parties

The celebration of Christmas by AEVEA and EMA members in November highlighted the unity and festive spirit of the event industry. These celebrations symbolise the importance of collaboration and networking in the sector. We, of course, were present and our technology also facilitated the registration and check-in for the associates who attended these events.

We won’t close the year – just yet – until two weeks from now. We will publish a review post covering all the key events of 2023 at Eventscase, so keep posted!
