As summer approaches and August looms near, the Eventscase team is taking a well-deserved break to recharge and prepare for the final stretch of the year. Before we switch off completely, we want to share some highlights from the first seven months of 2024. This year, artificial intelligence (AI) has been the shining star of the events industry, and at Eventscase, we have fully embraced it, placing AI at the heart of our strategy.

January: A Comprehensive Guide to AI at Events

We kicked off the year with the publication of our whitepaper, “Artificial Intelligence and Events: Insights, Trends, and Best Practices”. This guide has quickly become an essential resource for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving events industry. It offers valuable insights into how AI can enhance event experiences, optimise operations, and deliver personalised interactions.

March: Exclusive Webinar on Smart Events

In March, we organised an insightful webinar titled “AI Unveiled: Revolutionising Event Management”, featuring Fátima Barbero, Vice President of EMA and Senior Global Events Manager at FORTO. This event, designed exclusively for event organisers, provided a deep dive into how AI is transforming event management. The webinar highlighted practical applications of AI and demonstrated how organisers can use these technologies to create richer, more personalised experiences.

April: Launch of EVA Eventscase, the First AI on WhatsApp for the Event Industry

In April, we made a significant leap forward with the launch of EVA (Event Virtual Assistant), the event industry’s first artificial intelligence available on WhatsApp. EVA has been developed to help organisers manage their events more efficiently by providing instant and personalised assistance. Every week, we introduce new functionalities to further surprise and facilitate the work of our users.
