October has been a busy month for Eventscase: we actively participated in major trade shows and industry gatherings, introduced new educational resources, and enhanced our platform with innovations that help corporate organisers elevate their event technology strategy. Here’s a recap of everything that happened — and what’s coming next.
1. Our Stand at Event Tech Live 2025 (ETL)
In November, the next edition of Europe’s most important event technology exhibition will take place in London. At Eventscase, we are already preparing for our presence with a different kind of stand this year — a space to showcase how our solutions can support event organisers and help them overcome the challenges they face.
Why it matters:
ETL brings together organisers, agencies, tech providers, and brands looking for innovation in the events industry.
What to expect from our stand:
Honest, open conversations with our team. This year, we want to listen, understand, and work together to find the best solutions.
We encourage you to plan your visit — it will be a great opportunity to connect and explore new possibilities.
2. Reminder: Our Participation at Event Organisers Summit 2025
A date long marked in our calendar: on 13-14 October, we once again attended the Event Organisers Summit by Forum Events & Media Group.
These gatherings offer a unique advantage by bringing together buyers and suppliers in an intimate and efficiently structured setting. At Eventscase, we took this opportunity to:
- Connect with organisers seeking comprehensive event solutions.
Demonstrate how our technology adapts to every stage of the event lifecycle — from registration and engagement to networking, analytics, and beyond.

3. New Eventscase “Did You Know?” Session: Launch of EVA Insights
As part of our educational series “Did You Know?”, we introduced a new key functionality: EVA Insights, an evolution of our virtual assistant into an analytical module that turns interactions into actionable data.
What EVA Insights offers:
- Real-time monitoring of conversations, searches, and interests within the event.
- Affinity maps linking attendees, content, and exhibitors.
- A metrics dashboard that allows organisers to use insights for immediate decisions.
Why it matters for corporate events:
Because it takes measurement beyond registration numbers or attendance. It provides visibility into what’s happening behind the scenes — real interests, the quality of networking, and tangible value for sponsors.
If you haven’t yet accessed the on-demand session, we encourage you to do so. It offers concrete ideas on how to incorporate engagement data into your events.
4. Launch of Our Latest Whitepaper
This October, we released a new whitepaper titled “Professional Development and Key Skills for Event Organisers in 2025.”
The document explores the core competencies event professionals need in corporate environments, how the role is evolving, and how technology is becoming a strategic ally.
We invite you to read it and consider how your team or processes can adapt to this new framework.
5. Why We Attended OPC Spain’s Traditional Autumn Gathering
Last week, we participated in this annual networking event that brings together the Spanish MICE sector in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where the community takes centre stage.
What it means to us:
- Strengthening ties with professional congress organisers, agencies, and destinations across the MICE landscape.
- Demonstrating that at Eventscase, we value human relationships above all.
- Gathering first-hand insights about the needs of our clients in Spain.
Participating in such events allows us to stay close to the market, anticipate operational challenges, and continue building a strong professional community.

6. What’s Coming Next
We’re finalising the details for our presence at Event Tech Live 2025 and preparing our meeting schedule. If you’d like to connect with us there, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
At the same time, we’re exploring new ways to integrate EVA Insights and other key functionalities to enhance engagement and measurement across events.
We’ll also continue attending industry networking events, as the blend of technology and community is becoming ever more essential to the evolution of our sector.

Thank you for joining us on this October recap. November promises to be an exciting month full of key moments — we’ll share all the updates soon.
