As we embrace the summer break, let’s take a moment to look back at the highlights of the first half of 2025 at Eventscase. From our presence at key events to exciting content releases and technological developments, we’ve had a dynamic and forward-thinking six months.

We’re also excited to share what’s next for EVA, our intelligent virtual assistant, which is becoming even more data-centric with a brand-new analytics dashboard. Read on for the full story.

Eventscase’s Half-Year Highlights: January to June 2025

January 2025

We kicked off the year with a packed agenda, preparing for our participation in pivotal industry gatherings including AEVEA, EMA, MPI Iberian Chapter, and the Global MICE Forums. As in previous years, we supported AEVEA’s General Assembly and attended the jury cocktail for the second AEVEA Awards.

Simultaneously, our content strategy gathered momentum with new whitepapers on AI, underperforming technologies, and hybrid event design. We also launched new videos, podcasts, and began a new quarterly phase of the Did You Know? series.

February 2025

In February, we attended the Global MICE Forum – Corporate Edition in Gijón. Our partners at Padcelona introduced an interactive live survey that enabled real-time feedback between buyers and suppliers, sparking insightful discussions.

We also strengthened our strategic partnership with Walls.io to integrate user-generated content into EVA Social. This feature connected the app, Digital Venue, and social media in a seamless experience. Notably, our participation in the AEVEA Awards incorporated this interactive wall and introduced automated WhatsApp notifications for attendees.

March 2025

March featured the MPI Iberian Awards, including the evaluation of finalists and winners. We also participated in an EMA Learn session discussing the human–technology balance in events, where we served as the official technology host.

The month marked a significant milestone with the launch of Event Tech Hub, our joint venture with Padcelona, now evolved into a fully-fledged innovation space that includes new arms like Fluentria and Sinapser AI.

We released a new whitepaper and a Did You Know? instalment focused on iframe integration within our Digital Venue to enhance interactivity for online events.

April 2025

April saw us in Valencia for GMID 2025 and the MPI Iberian Awards, with over 180 professionals in attendance. A proud moment came when our CTO and Co-Founder, Iván García, was named Innovation Champion—a recognition that reflects the spirit of the entire Eventscase team.

We also released a whitepaper titled “How to design and run a successful hybrid event: methodologies, technologies and metrics”, which dives into methodologies, tech, and metrics essential for delivering effective hybrid experiences.

May 2025

Our whitepaper Advanced Event Analytics: Translating Data into Strategic Decisions and ROI became the focal point this month, exploring predictive analysis, emotional ROI, real-time dashboards, and applied AI.

At the Event Tech World’s Demo Drop-In, we introduced EVA as a smart WhatsApp assistant. Key capabilities include multilingual support, intelligent networking, logistical guidance, and automated FAQ handling.

This month also marked our commitment to a new positioning: Software with a Service (SwaS). Iván elaborated on this model in an interview with Tinku Television, contrasting it with the traditional SaaS approach.

June 2025

June was all about strategy and community. We released the whitepaper “The Complete Guide to Promoting Your Event: Strategies, Content and Conversion”, detailing funnel-based campaign strategies, automation, and conversion-focused content.

A special podcast episode, “13 Years, 13 Lessons”, featured Eventscase and Padcelona founders Joaquim Pintó and Iván García, who shared their journey, insights, and the evolution of the business.

Our Did You Know? feature this month spotlighted system improvements in registration, guest management, and check-in, small tweaks that significantly enhance the attendee experience.

On the events front, we took part in the EMA Summer Party and co-organised a webinar on AI in event management. Iván also joined the roundtable discussion “The Non-Artificial Intelligent Organiser” at the MICE Hub event in Madrid.

What’s New with EVA: A Data-Driven Evolution

EVA, our AI-powered WhatsApp assistant, continues to evolve. Its features—smart networking, multilingual support, real-time logistics, and instant FAQ handling—are being elevated with the upcoming launch of a powerful analytics dashboard.

After the summer, we will launch an advanced analytics dashboard that will enable:

  • Detection of topics in conversations
  • Real-time visualisation of key metrics
  • A more agile and direct response from organisers to potential incidents

Our focus remains on delivering exactly what organisers need, without overpromising. We’ll unveil all the details after the summer break.

Happy Summer!

Thank you for being part of a truly impactful first half of 2025. We hope your summer is restful and inspiring.

While many take a well-deserved break, our support team remains fully operational throughout the season. We’re here whenever you need us, ready with fresh AI tools, strategic insights, event updates, and more.

See you in September!
