Flexibility is what sets us apart as a company. By offering modular products and an all-in-one suite for any event, we endeavour to address the needs of our customers and anticipate future ones as the events industry evolves.

We also try to offer customisable services that would allow you to choose the type of support you need from our project management & support team. The gist is to offer you different solutions that would apply to the size, type, and complexity of your events.

New pricing model 2023

Now we’re taking it one step further by amplifying this flexibility to our pricing model. This new model allows you to choose between three options:

  • One-off: We work on a project basis. You select the products you need for a specific event and once it is finished, we can conclude our collaboration.
  • Business: We work together for one year. You select the products you need for this period. You may acquire more products by boosting your licence and when the end of our agreement approaches, we can renew or terminate it.
  • Enterprise: The enterprise licence allows you to use our platform for all of your events without being restricted by the selection of products or a specific time duration.

What is the fundamental change with this new pricing model?

Now each product has a fixed price and it is up to you to add or remove any of them from your list. This also applies to other services offered by Eventscase such as setting a custom domain or optimising a separate server for your platform.

Licences or Projects: You choose

Throughout Eventscase’s 10-year history we have always fostered long relationships with our clients. The longer you stay with us, the more you can maximise the platform and prevent any learning curve involved with using new systems. In addition, choosing long-term licences is also more economical to you in the long run.

Regardless, we understand that not all of our clients are the same and that many of you work for other entities and need to work with us on a project basis. This is the reason why we have optimised our offerings for one-off contracts.
