November is always a special month for Eventscase, and 2024 was no exception. From international trade fairs and Christmas celebrations to exciting new launches, we closed the month with enthusiasm and remarkable achievements. Here’s a round-up of the highlights:
Event Tech Live 2024: Technology and Innovation on Stage
On 20 and 21 November, Eventscase took centre stage at Event Tech Live, Europe’s most prestigious event technology fair. Our stand stood out with two innovative features:
- EVA, Event Virtual Assistant: Our conversational AI, operating through WhatsApp, designed to simplify event management and communication.
- Enhanced Onsite Services: Upgraded tools that enriched the attendee experience.
We were delighted to be joined by our partners from Padcelona, whose creative input added a captivating touch to the event.
AEVEA Celebrates a Year of Achievement
Christmas came early at AEVEA’s festive celebration under the evocative slogan: “What is important is what remains, what is to come, what stays in memory.”
The event celebrated two major milestones for the Spanish Event Agencies Association:
- First Edition of the AEVEA Awards.
- The signing of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, a landmark moment for the industry.
Mónica García, Eventscase’s Madrid Office Director, was honoured to attend this event, which capped off a year of collaboration and progress.
EMA Christmas Party
For the simultaneous EMA Christmas Parties held in Madrid and Barcelona on 28th November, we introduced something both innovative and festive. EVA, Eventscase’s AI on WhatsApp, transformed into a “Christmas elf,” sharing members’ holiday wishes alongside themed visuals created for the occasion.
Through an exclusive WhatsApp chat for registered attendees and live displays on screens at both venues, we shared these messages, while attendees posted live photos during the event.
We are grateful to EMA for trusting our technology and embracing fresh ways to energise their events.
New Whitepaper
This month, we’ve published a whitepaper titled “Cultural and Entertainment Events: Evolution, Trends and Impact of Technology”. Key insights include:
- The historical evolution of cultural events and their social impact.
- The role of technologies such as AI and Big Data in the organisation and personalisation of events.
- Current trends such as hybrid events and sustainability.
- How events are impacting the economy and cultural identity of communities around the world.

IBTM 2024: Barcelona as a MICE Meeting Point
Another essential event in our calendar was IBTM in Barcelona. Eventscase sales team connected with clients, prospects, and industry colleagues at this key trade show for the MICE segment. Once again, we showcased our commitment to training, innovation, and building meaningful relationships.
Closing 2024 with Momentum
As we approach the end of the year, it’s time to reflect on the vibrancy of 2024. At Eventscase, we remain dedicated to evolving and providing innovative tools to support you at every step, ensuring your events are a resounding success.
See you in December!
