We always imagined that the remaining months of 2023 would be full of events, launches, trade fairs and many other commitments. But when September arrived, we suddenly realised that things were busier than expected. Take a seat and accompany us in this journey as we recap the month that was.
EVENT TECH HUB
Something that was conceptualised and launched in record speed, Event Tech Hub is our joint venture with Padcelona, a technology agency from Barcelona. Now we have more juice for our engines since we have both companies’ offerings for our clients. This new philosophy, unprecedented in the sector, will bring with it many more projects and a 360º tech service to clients.
BUSINESS BREAKFAST LONDON
As mentioned in our newsletter, we won’t formally open registrations for the 2nd Business Breakfast until next week. But since you’re one of our loyal subscribers, we are giving you the chance to register in advance.

MED MADRID
We love networking events where we have the opportunity to talk to potential clients via 1 to 1 meetings. The Eventoplus Group’s MED is an example of this type of event. Tatiana González, Head of Global Sales, and Alex Barbero, Sales Director for Spain, were in charge of representing Eventscase at this event.
In addition, we had the opportunity to be present with other technology providers at a round table on networking and data intelligence. Joaquim Pintó, representing Event Tech Hub, explained our joint venture’s value proposition.

SUMMER PARTY
We wouldn’t be where we are now if not for the incredible team behind Eventscase. At least once a year, we get together to share space, time, ideas and projects as we envision ourselves to be better every day. This time we split up our annual meet for two days at Benicassim and Castellón, Spain on the 14th and 15th of September.
On the 2nd day, it was also the ideal moment to meet part of the Padcelona team. Here’s another video where you will see that we hit it off very well.
UPCOMING EVENTS
- Event Organisers Summit
Our MD in the UK, Jon Tupper, will participate in the Event Organisers Summit on the 2nd and 3rd of October. Once again, it will be an event of intense networking spread over two days.
- Mice & Forum Inside Madrid
Alex Barbero will take over on 17 and 18 October to participate in the Mice & Forum for the first time. It will be an opportunity to meet potential clients and suggest new project proposals.
- AEVEALab
On 17 October we will also participate in an interesting AEVEA Lab. On this occasion, the event will focus on Artificial Intelligence and Data. As tech partners, we will provide the website and registrations.
- Be EMA (Barcelona/Madrid)
We definitely need to accompany our partners at EMA (Event Managers Association) in their most important event of the year on 26 October. We will be in Madrid and Barcelona simultaneously and our technology will also be utilised.
- Valencia Digital Summit
There is not much time left for an event that has a special place in our calendar. The Valencia Digital Summit will also be held on 26 October. Our CEO, Jose Bort, will have the opportunity to participate in one of the sessions.
- Europe Connect
The Iberian and Polish chapters of MPI are organising Europe Connect in Valencia and we are very lucky to be among the sponsors and participate in person. If you are unable to attend, our Digital Venue will also be available so that all those who cannot travel to Valencia can enjoy this event. More information and registration here.
