“Did you know?” Episode 02: Get connected with Zapier!

We have done a brief research and 90% of the requests from our clients and potential clients revolve around our integration possibilities with other platforms or software. 

Did you know that we can now cater to these integration requirements as an official Zapier partner? Zapier allows you to connect Eventscase with hundreds of other tools and that is not an exaggeration.

The concept

As explained in Revoluciona tu pyme, you will often meet some form of incompatibility or resistance when you want to connect two applications together. This does not mean, however, that you cannot do it. To solve this problem, applications such as Zapier have arisen to work as an intermediary between several programmes. This type of software is integrated with a large number of tools and allows you to connect all these tools together and automate actions that are carried out between all of them.

Platforms such as Zapier also give you another advantage: they allow you to customise the integration according to your liking, giving you a lot of flexibility. You can simply link all the actions that can be carried out between all these programmes, following a principal logic: “If this happens in this application (trigger), make this happen in this one (action).”

No-code applications

Moreover, integration products such as Zapier are “no-code” or “low-code” applications. This means that you can use them without or very minimal programming knowledge. They include a visual interface and configuration menus that make it very easy to create automations. Instead of having to manually move data collected in one of the apps you use to another tool (to do a certain action), Zapier eliminates that manual management and does it for you.

Eventscase x Zapier

This is where our partnership with Zapier comes in. Through Zapier, we can connect to other tools that you are already using to manage your events, such as your CRM or your email marketing tool. For example, every time someone registers for your event in our registration solution, a contact is generated in Hubspot or, if someone registers for your event, they get added to a mailing list in Mailchimp.
