Did you know: The website you want

“5,000 People, 5,000 Personal Journeys” is the name of a research paper conducted by the PCMA Foundation on their latest ‘Convening Leaders’ conference. One of the main takeaways is that there is a huge challenge to personalise the attendee experience

Considering the scale and design of any event, it can be difficult to meet the needs of attendees and, in the end, what should be a smooth and tailored experience may become strained and spiritless.

Best practices

What practices then can help reverse the possibility shared above?

In the latest session of “Did you know?”,  we wanted to highlight a product that will help you shape the attendee experience from the moment they first come into contact with your event – the website.

Conceived and designed for events, it is not necessary to have technical knowledge when using the website builder since every page you create is composed of modules. Our website product also works in conjunction with our registration tool. As attendees register for your event, you may choose what type of content to show them on the website based on their delegate category, ticket type, etc.

Apart from configuring the visualisation of modules based on attendee characteristics, you may also set when they become available based on the event timeline. In the following video summary, catch a glimpse of how this particular area of the platform works:

Do you want to know how these website modules and their corresponding filters work in depth?
