This month has been a busy one at Eventscase, and we’d like to share the highlights of our activities. From webinars to in-person events and new features, here’s a quick recap.
WEBINAR ON EVA: Eventscase’s AI for Events on WhatsApp
We had planned to hold a webinar on October 9 to showcase the new functionalities of EVA and interview Lorena Vaca, Chapter Administrator of MPI Iberian Chapter, about their use of EVA during GMID 2024. Due to unforeseen health circumstances, our speaker was unable to participate, and we have therefore decided to postpone the event.
Registration is still open, and we’ll announce the new date soon. Click below to register and stay informed!
MED Madrid: Networking and Industry Connections
On the face-to-face event side, we participated in MED Madrid, organised by Grupo Eventoplus. This event was a fantastic opportunity for networking. Our Madrid office director, Monica Garcia, and CEO, Jose Bort, connected with many industry professionals. Events like these are crucial for fostering synergies and learning within the events industry, which is something we value highly at Eventscase.
They also attended the annual Eventoplus Awards gala, where we were thrilled to see some of our clients win awards for projects we’ve collaborated on.
Presentation at the “Jóvenes OPC” and our last session of “Did you know?
Our dedication to professional growth is unwavering, which is why we took part in the Young PCO event “New Talent 2024” held on September 16-17 in Valladolid. Our CTO, Iván García, gave a presentation titled “How AI Will Revolutionise Interaction with Your Attendees (Among Other Things).” He spoke about the impact of technology on event planning and the revolutionary role of Artificial Intelligence in attendee communication.
In our ongoing “Did You Know?” content series, we recently introduced the “Favourites” feature within our Digital Venue. This tool allows attendees to select their preferred sessions, exhibitors, and contacts, creating a more personalised and optimised networking experience. Personalisation is key to enhancing the event experience, and with the “Favourites” feature, we aim to exceed user expectations.
