You can easily design your own badges and send them multiple times via email to all your attendees, to yourself, or to a unique email address.
We provide multiple solutions depending on whether you are pre-printing the badges or if you prefer to print them onsite.
QR codes can be found on the attendee ticket/badge or on the event app upon arrival. They can be scanned for check in/out to the entire event as well as for specific sessions.
You no longer need to print the attendee lists for the staff at the registration desk as this process will be done electronically. You can also send badges via email and allow attendees to print them on their own.

Clicking on a user profile through the EventsCase event check in app will allow you to manually confirm or cancel a guest’s attendance. This is an alternative method for check-in aside from the QR code reader.

You can arrange attendees alphabetically or according to their company name. You can then manage each attendee’s attendance by clicking on their name from the list.
The check in app is ideal for multi-session events where there may be various check-in points for attendees. Through the check in app, you can control access to different areas and know which areas are most frequented by attendees.
