Each registered attendee looks for their name on a tablet. There are three options:
  • Type their name in the search engine to locate their badges
  • Scan the QR code that has previously arrived by mail
  • Identification via facial recognition

What are the Onsite Boxes?

The Onsite Box has all the necessary material to print the badges of your attendees. Each one of these boxes contains an app kiosk, tablets, printers, and 4G routers to sync all the tools together. The size of your event will depend on the number of devices we will send to you.

Self-service accreditations

    We offer you two possibilities. Badges can either be:
  • Pre-printed, with a blank space for attendees to placer their stickers containing their data;
  • Alternatively, we can provide you with a customised format that prints the badge with the attendees’ data already included.
